Something most people don't consider is what happens on the day of moving. Take into consideration our 'Handover' service. You'll be busy enough on your moving day, we'll personally hand over the keys on that 'big day', all part of the service.

The world is changing at a rapid rate. Buyers need information at the touch of a button. Therefore we invest heavily in up-to-date systems and processes to make the sales journey as efficient as possible. Video presentations are the big thing right now, We will produce a video of your property at no extra cost.
PROGRESS UPDATES
Once a sale has been agreed, we monitor the legal and financial progress of the transaction reducing and decreasing the chances of something going wrong.

We are a family run business. Therefore we have no corporate shareholders, investors, no fancy company cars and are based in a state-of-art business park. Our overheads are a fraction of most of our competitors on the High Street. We pass on that saving to you, ensuring you receive a first class service at a fair price to you. It also has to be said, our Partners don't get paid until they sell your house so they are committed and motivated to get the job done!
